Watch and learn as celebrity makeup artist and host of DIY Beautify Andrew Sotomayor shows you how to use bright gloss and bright blush -- and nothing else -- to stand out in a crowd.

Here's what you'll need for mastering bright lips and cheeks:

- Translucent powder
- Bright colored blush
- Bright colored lip gloss
- Fluffy blush brush

Here is the step-by-step tutorial highlighting and contouring:

1. Apply powder to remove shine

2. Apply blush to the apples of the cheek using circular motion

3. Blend edges with large brush

4. Apply lip gloss starting at the center of the lip and blend out. This will enhance your pout. Applying gloss with lips together will prevent from getting any on your teeth

5. Finish off the look with mascara
